Scope of application:
In the laboratory or substation site, AC withstand voltage test and partial discharge measurement test are carried out, and the series resonance principle is adopted to output high voltage.
The tested objects include GIS / Gil, insulation products, circuit breakers, disconnectors, mutual inductors, capacitors and other kinds of power equipment.
The test system is able to test GIS / Gil (gas insulated switchgear / wire) according to IEC 6069462271-203 and 60060-3, when the equipment is installed. According to the standard, the frequency range of testing AC voltage is f = 20Hz to f = 300Hz. The main application of AC resonance test system is AC voltage withstand test. Once the GIS / Gil has been installed, these tests will need to be repeated after the GIS / Gil overhaul or maintenance work.
The test can be combined with sensitive PD diagnostic device to detect and locate the internal defects of GIS / Gil.
Systems and components:
The power supply system consists of static power inverter and control system. The inverter converts the input three-phase power supply into single-phase output voltage.
The resonant frequency of the high voltage series resonant circuit is determined by the resonant reactor and GIS / Gil。 The test voltage is regulated by the output voltage of the inverter, and the measurement system consists of a calibrated peak voltmeter and a capacitive voltage divider。
